Office Furniture PlusExcellentOffice Furniture Plus4.9★★★★★ Based on 33 reviews fromSee all reviews review us onN CheshireN Cheshire ★★★★★ I had a great experience with Office Furniture Plus. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to let me test different office chairs by sitting in them and carefully explained the specifications and differences between the models I was considering. She also went above and beyond to locate a chair and have it available in-store so I could compare two options side by side before making my decision.I never felt rushed, and she was happy to answer all my questions. This is my second time utilizing the services of Office Furniture Plus and once again, they have demonstrated what it means to delight a customer with their professionalism and genuine desire to assist. In particular, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Paula, who has been my main point of contact since I placed my first order with her some time ago. Paula is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is responsive, courteous and takes the initiative to recommend products which she believes may be suitable for a customer’s requirements. When Paula promises a call-back, she delivers. I am particularly impressed that Paula was able to arrange a delivery at short notice and throughout my discussions with her, she was sincere and ensured that the entire service experience proceeded well, updating me at each stage from the time the order was confirmed to the delivery. In today’s competitive marketplace, it is evident that with Paula’s levels of service, Office Furniture Plus has what it takes to satisfy customers and succeed in their future undertakings.Response from the ownerThank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. Paula went out of her way to follow up with us on wether we still needed filing cabinets even though we hadn't been in contact for a few weeks. We will be using you again anytime we need anythingBrenda ThompsonBrenda Thompson ★★★★★ We bought several items of the OFP Tawny line products. We had looked around at several office supply stores for something to suit our new home office, but everything we saw was very 'business' looking, and the colours were not suitable for our home decor. Then I found these at Office Furniture Plus and they were just perfect, plus there was a 4 drawer filing cabinet that was a 2x2 drawer, perfect for placing our printer on top of, and sitting level with the desk top. Paula was very helpful, very friendly and a great communicator. John & team were very efficient in the delivery process, and when we had a small issue down the track, came back promptly to fix it. I have been very impressed with all my interactions with the team at Office Furniture Plus.Response from the ownerThank you so much, Brenda, for your thoughtful words.
